Mark Blundell

An accomplished entrepreneur, Mark currently works as a sports announcer for ITV in the U.K., and was part of the team to pick up two BAFTA awards for best Sports TV program on British television. He is also director of a sports management company, where he manages three drivers with F1 contracts. In addition to the other positions he holds, he is CEO of a property development company in the U.K.
Mark Blundell spent 20 years of his career as an international racing driver (before joining the TLX board). Having been a Formula One driver and achieving three podium positions, Mark finished in the top-10 in the World Drivers' Championship, along with winning the Le Mans 24-Hour Race. Mark also took three wins during his Indy car career, with a brief participation in the World Rally Championship.
John Holdsworth

John Holdsworth is an executive with more than 30 years global experience and accomplishments in the airline, hotel and travel industries. As a co- founder of TLX, he has led its global expansion to offer the most comprehensive automated crew layover management system available today. John has been an investor and Senior Executive in startup companies to global conglomerates, including British Airways, First Data Corporation, News Corporation, Reed Elsevier, The Churchill Hotel Group and The Anasazi Group of companies. John has specialized in business development and strategic planning, with particular focus on applying technology solutions and associated distribution and marketing programs to meet business needs, as well as leading daily business operations. John was the former Executive Vice President - President Global Accounts and one of the principals, for the then Phoenix-based, REZsolutions Inc., that provided systems and solutions to over 80 major hotel brands and 6500 independent hotels, prior to its sale to Pegasus Solutions. He also serves as Chairman of the Tourism Development Commission for the City of Scottsdale and as a member of the Executive Committee and Director of the Scottsdale Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Paul Sterbenz

Paul E. Sterbenz is Vice President Strategic Development for North American Airlines at JFK International Airport, Jamaica, New York. Paul began his professional career as an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force. After leaving the Air Force, he started his civilian career as a pilot for Braniff International Airways, where he rose to the position of Chief Pilot-Domestic/International Flying, over a 15-year period. After Braniff ceased flying, Paul worked for several additional airlines in senior management roles, before joining Southwest Airlines as its Vice President Flight Operations. In 1999, Paul retired from Southwest and began working as an airline management consultant and then joined North American Airlines in July 2003.
Bill Watson

William (Bill) Watson is an accomplished international business executive, and a seasoned player in both the Airline Industry (Director of Planning at Pan American World Airways and VP of Marketing at Altair Airlines) and the Hotel Industry (VP Strategic Marketing and Reservations at ITT Sheraton Worldwide Hotels and Resorts; COO of Best Western International Hotels Worldwide; and former chairman of The Hotel Industry Switch Company - THISCO - now known as Pegasus Systems). Bill is a co-founder of TLX and is uniquely qualified to address the concerns of our constituents. In addition to his roles at TLX, he serves as Managing Director of the Prism Partnership, a leading-edge Travel Industry consulting group with a virtual who's-who of brand name travel-industry clients, advising them on the myriad challenges faced in today's interconnected world. He also serves as a director and sits on the audit committee of Micros Systems (NASDAQ: MCRS), the world's largest supplier of hotel reservations, restaurant and retail POS systems and previously served on the boards of Passkey Inc and Signature Inns.
