The TLX platform accepts data from the airlines crew management system and then runs that data in accordance with the business rules associated with the airlines layover rules that affect the hotel stay and uses the resulting data to communicate needs and changes to the hotels.

The TLX system converts the data from "airline layover" terminology into a format which is easily understandable to hotels and hotel systems
Crew Accommodations
Crew hotels which conform to the rules established by airline management and accepted by crew hotel committee's for hotel services and features including safety and security and are acceptable with the budget parameters.
Ground Transportation
Includes vans, cars and taxi's both hotel managed and independent which transport crew members to and from hotels and between airports within the same region. The TLX Crewrez® system provides a monthly forecast of ground transportation requirements and will shortly be able to provide a direct link to ground transportation vendors offering the same change management services and billing service that we do for hotels.
Automation
TLX's Crewrez® platform contains both a Layover Management System (LMS) managing hotels and a Transportation Management System (TMS) managing ground transportation. The platform interfaces with the airline Crew Management System (CMS) on a near real time basis, processing all data that affects both Hotels and Ground Transportation and communicates all forecasts, changes and post departure reconciliation and billing to the various vendors. Less than 3% of all transactions require manual intervention.

The Layover Management System (LMS) is the application which manages all hotel requirements automatically from the time of forecasting, through all operating conditions and to post departure reconciliation and billing.
Crew Rez®
TLX's technology platform for managing all crew hotel and ground transportation requirements. CrewRez interfaces directly with the airline's CMS and manages all aspects of the crew layover from forecasting requirements to post departure reconciliation and billing with hotels and ground transportation. This relieves the airline of manual processes and creates efficiencies and accuracy creating significant cost savings.
Customer Service
The TLX Customer Service center in Scottsdale AZ operates 24x7x365 and offers service to crew, all airlines, all hotel departments and ground transportation vendors. We offer personal service and do not put you through a voice response system. We attempt to resolve any issues before they become a problem.
Billing and Reconciliation
The TLX Crewrez® system generates an automatic detailed monthly statement (reverse invoice) shortly after the month's end and sends directly to the hotel for review. With this system the hotel does not need to generate folios. Any questions are resolved directly with TLX and once the hotel signs off, TLX advises the airline to process for direct payment. This system is compliant with the Sarbanes Oxley audit test requirements reducing the need for further audit testing by the airline.
US Occupancy Tax Optimization
TLX Crewrez® automatically reviews the monthly activity and adjusts to maximize the US occupancy tax exemption for the airline customer.
Reconciliation
As part of the automatic reverse invoice process Crewrez® automatically reconciles all activity against the data that has been automatically processed from the airline crew management system, anything not going through the system is rejected for manual review by TLX. This reduces work load for both hotels and airlines and ensures compliance by all parties.
Connectivity
The TLX Crewrez® system has a direct interface in place with the Sabre CMS platform and a number of proprietary systems and can easily be interfaced to any other CMS
