Much as we source hotels we also have the ability to provide you with a Transportation sourcing service. Our industry experts will locate and negotiate rates and services required in the specified station based on your needs. By providing up to date information and the ability to show specific patterns, we are able to negotiate based on the airlines exact needs not estimates. This allows us to negotiate lower prices which end up providing a significant cost savings to you.

In addition 3rd party vendors are more eager to work with us as we are able to provide automated information such as transportation changes, flight delays, cancellation requests and much more…. In addition to the forecasting and daily operation benefits to the transportation vendor, we provide the vendor our automated reverse billing & reconciliation services to simplify transportation reconciliation and reporting. At the conclusion to each month a reconciliation report with a # of total trips provided, if this information matches their records, the transportation vendor simply completes the base tax information and sends back the signed copy to us.TLX will then process the information into the reporting system and send it to the customer for final processing of payment to the vendor.
